À la mémoire de

Margaret Newton

1946 - 2025

It is with deep sadness we share the passing of our beloved Mother Margaret Newton after a long illness on Friday November 14, 2025. She was surrounded by her loving family.

She is now reunited with her identical twin sister Maureen who passed away on October 26 2025.

Margaret will be remembered for being loving, kind, generous, selfless, thoughtful and hard working. She loved to dance, sing and travel.  She always put her family first before herself.

Margaret will be dearly missed by her children-Lisa, Richard, Wendy (Jimmy), Eric (Kimberly Ann). As well as her sisters Louise (Tim), Grace (Craig) and her brothers Paul (Annette), Peter (Audrey). She will also be dearly missed by all her beautiful grandchildren, nieces and nephews, relatives and friends and countless others who knew and loved her so much.

Margaret was a beautiful soul inside and out. She will forever remain in our hearts and memories for the rest of our lives.  She will never be forgotten.

We love you. Rest in peace

Margaret was my personal secretary for many years, and was always cheerful, professional and thoughtful. I was saddened to hear of her passing. May her reunion with Maureen be imminent and joyous. God bless her family and spare them any further pain.

i was very sorry to hear the news, i am deeply saddened by this loss, Margaret was sunshine in our office not only a colleague. She never forgot anyone's birthday and always took time to make others feel special. I will always remember her love for the Canadiens de Montreal and the incredible way she spoke about hockey-She will be greatly missed. May she rest in peace.

Yes, Margaret was a ray of sunshine in our office, as she no doubt was in the lives of all who knew her. She will be fondly remembered.

I would like to send my sincerest condolences to the Newton,Rioux and Delaney Families. Growing up part of my life in Brossard,Montreal,I attended Elementary School with Miss Margaret's children, and Miss Maureen's children:Lisa,Wendy,Richard,Mark, and Sean.Being from 🇹🇹 Trinidad, and also there neighbors...they would always welcome me to their home ...and their parents took me all over the place with them. They played a very important role in my life from the begining.,.. and they will be missed...and surely remembered.Their husband's at that time.. Mr.Rioux...Mr.Delaney was very good to me, as their wives was. The first taught me how to ice skate and play hockey...and the latter taught me how to play baseball. God Bless all you...and you will always be in my prayers.🇹🇹🏝️🇨🇦🍁🌞⛪✡️🙏💪🖤💛💚💯
